Windsurfing

We are a Royal Yachting Association Training Centre and offer a range of courses leading to the internationally recognised RYA certificates.

Alternatively we can arrange tuition to suit you – it could be a half-day taster session for your first time out on a windsurf or a chance to update your skills. Please call us to find out more.

Course Description
Windsurfing Taster / Refresher Come and have a go at windsurfing or brush up your skills.
Start Windsurfing This is a great course for beginners, enabling you to sail to a chosen point and back again in light winds. (Min 2 day course).
Intermediate Windsurfing (non planing) Enhance your windsurfing skills, and improve your ability to sail to all points of the wind. (Min 2 day course).
Start Windsurfing Fun courses for people age 14 years and younger.

Course Prices
RYA 2 Day Course £200 per person (minimum 2 people)
RYA 5 Day Course £420 per person (minimum 2 people)
1/2 day Windsurfing Taster / Refresher £77 per person (minimum 2 people)

Courses run from Easter to October – please contact us for dates and availability. For two people booking together we can usually run a course at a time to suit you. There is a discount if three or more people book on a course at the same time. Prices are based on a minimum of two people.

Hifly Revos, Premos, Mambos and Magnums with a choice of Sails from Junior rigs to 6.3 meter rigs.

Clothing Equipment

We have a wide range of both steamer and long john wetsuits, buoyancy aids and spraytops. Please bring your own footwear such as wetsuit boots or old trainers.
